The Role: Academic Instructor :
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Full-time Faculty member to teach C*_hemistry .*_ This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the CBSE syllabus and a passion for guiding students toward conceptual clarity and high performance in their board examinations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Instruction: Deliver engaging, high-quality online and offline classes tailored specifically to the CBSE syllabus.
- Curriculum Development: Prepare and refine effective teaching materials, including lesson plans, comprehensive notes, worksheets, and presentations.
- Academic Oversight: Ensure timely syllabus completion and proactively monitor the overall academic progression of all assigned students.
- Evaluation: Design, conduct, and analyze tests, mock exams, and evaluations; maintain accurate student performance records.
- Mentorship: Provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to address learning gaps and maximize individual student scores.
- Reporting & Communication: Track attendance and progress; communicate effectively with parents and the academic team on student development.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain strict punctuality, discipline, and ensure timely submission of all administrative and academic reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years of teaching experience preferred. Enthusiastic fresh graduates with exceptional subject command are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge: Strong, current understanding of the CBSE curriculum and board examination structure.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in using digital teaching platforms and preparing academic content (PPTs, documents).
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency and strong command in English (as the primary medium of instruction).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Prior experience in curriculum development or academic content creation.
