We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to manage our daily operations and act as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. You will be the "glue" that holds our office together, ensuring maximum efficiency and a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Communication: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage all incoming/outgoing correspondence (email, letters, packages).
- Operational Support: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Inventory Management: Track and order office supplies, ensuring equipment (printers, coffee machines, etc.) is maintained and stocked.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, including personnel records and financial data.
- Financial Assistance: Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
- Facility Coordination: Act as the liaison with building management, vendors, and repair services to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
