Key Responsibilities
Studio & Audio Operations
- Manage studio bookings and recording sessions
- Coordinate music production, voiceovers, dubbing, and mixing
- Ensure studio equipment maintenance and quality standards
- Oversee audio production workflows and timely delivery
Podcast & Media Production
- Coordinate podcast recordings and editing
- Manage publishing workflows
- Develop podcast services and subscription models
- Handle studio rentals for creators and businesses
Video Production Coordination
- Coordinate video editing (reels, YouTube, corporate content)
- Assign tasks to editors and track deadlines
- Ensure quality and final delivery
Client & Business Development
- Generate leads and acquire new clients
- Conduct meetings and prepare quotations
- Follow up on enquiries and close deals
- Build partnerships with businesses and creators
Digital & Content Services
- Support social media content production
- Coordinate branding and promotional campaigns
- Contribute to recurring digital service offerings
