Job Summary:
Customer Relationship Representative (CRR) ka main role customers ke saath strong relationship maintain karna, unki queries aur issues ko efficiently handle karna, aur overall customer satisfaction ensure karna hai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customers ke calls, emails aur queries ko professionally handle karna
- Customer complaints aur issues ko timely resolve karna
- Regular follow-ups lena aur customers ko proper updates dena
- New customers ko onboard karna aur unhe product/services ki guidance dena
- CRM system me customer data ko accurately update aur maintain karna
- Customer feedback collect karna aur uski report prepare karna
- Sales aur support team ke saath coordination maintain karna
- Customer satisfaction aur long-term retention ensure karna
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.)
- Customer handling aur interpersonal skills
- Time management aur multitasking ability
Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (experience preferred)
