Roles and Responsibilities of a Placement Coordinator
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Identify employment, internship, and training opportunities for students or candidates.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events.
- Communicate with employers regarding job requirements, recruitment schedules, and selection processes.
- Assist students in preparing for placements through resume reviews, mock interviews, aptitude tests, and career guidance.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of student profiles, academic records, and placement statistics.
- Match candidate skills and qualifications with employer requirements.
- Schedule interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and other recruitment activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between employers, candidates, faculty, and administrative departments.
- Track placement progress and prepare placement reports and performance metrics.
- Organize career development workshops, seminars, and industry interaction sessions.
- Guide students on career planning, professional etiquette, and workplace expectations.
- Follow up with employers and candidates after recruitment to gather feedback and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain placement records and ensure compliance with institutional policies and documentation requirements.
- Promote the institution's placement achievements to strengthen employer partnerships and attract new recruiters.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- IT Placement: 1 year (Preferred)
