A leading hospitality brand is looking for an experienced Banquets Manager to oversee large-scale banquet operations, guest events, conference functions, and service coordination across premium hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage banquet operations for weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social functions
- Lead banquet service teams to ensure seamless guest experience and operational efficiency
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, sales, F&B service, and event planning teams
- Monitor event setup, staffing, guest handling, and service execution standards
- Ensure hygiene, SOP compliance, inventory control, and revenue-focused banquet operations
- Handle VIP events, escalations, and last-minute operational requirements professionally
Preferred Profile
- Strong luxury hospitality exposure
- Experience handling high-volume banquet events and team leadership
- Excellent guest relations and operational coordination skills
- Knowledge of banquet planning, costing, staffing, and event execution
- Confident communication and leadership presence
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
