Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
