Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect who can take complete ownership of end-to-end solution delivery across enterprise applications, AI-driven platforms, analytics solutions, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between Business Analysts, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Engineering Teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
The role requires expertise in Application Architecture, Data Engineering, AI/ML Integration, Cloud Platforms, DevOps, and Team Leadership. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, technical governance, project delivery, infrastructure optimization, and mentoring engineering teams while driving innovation and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery Ownership
- Take complete ownership of technical delivery across multiple products, applications, and analytics platforms.
- Lead projects from requirement gathering through architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements Management
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and provide technical recommendations.
- Participate in solution workshops, architecture reviews, and requirement discussions.
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade applications and analytics platforms.
- Define application architecture, integration strategies, APIs, data flow, and system design standards.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture documents, and technical specifications.
- Design multi-tenant architectures supporting multiple customers and business domains.
- Ensure adherence to architecture best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Data Engineering & Analytics
- Architect and implement Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and enterprise analytics solutions.
- Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
- Build scalable data models supporting Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Quality Management, and Business Intelligence functions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Enable self-service analytics and executive reporting using Power BI and Tableau.
- Develop KPI frameworks, MIS dashboards, and business performance reporting solutions.
AI & Machine Learning Solutions
- Integrate AI and Machine Learning capabilities into enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
- Implement LLM-based AI features, NLP-powered analytics, and intelligent reporting systems.
- Design predictive analytics, anomaly detection, recommendation engines, and automated insights frameworks.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and automation.
- Ensure responsible AI implementation, scalability, and performance optimization.
Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure
- Architect cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Design secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud environments.
- Manage infrastructure architecture, application hosting, storage, networking, and security controls.
- Implement disaster recovery, backup, monitoring, and operational resilience strategies.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost efficiency.
DevOps & Platform Engineering
- Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation practices.
- Manage Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration environments.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments, testing, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Establish monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management processes.
- Ensure application security and compliance across environments.
Team Management & Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Developers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, BI Developers, and AI Engineers.
- Allocate tasks, track deliverables, and ensure project execution aligns with timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical quality assessments.
- Guide teams in resolving technical challenges and implementing best practices.
- Foster continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.
Quality, Governance & Security
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, and engineering best practices.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in technical audits, risk assessments, and architecture review boards.
