Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Daily activities include meeting with clients, understanding their product requirements, presenting appropriate solutions, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves regular field visits, product demonstrations, coordination with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and monitoring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, report market feedback, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in customer relationship management, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide responsive support.
- Candidates should possess robust communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products clearly, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid sales planning and territory management skills, including organizing client visits, maintaining pipelines, and meeting sales targets.
- Candidates should possess basic business and product knowledge, with the ability to learn technical details of surgical instruments and medical supplies and explain them to customers.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field are beneficial; prior experience in medical device or healthcare sales is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Chennai, willing to travel locally for client meetings, and able to use standard office and CRM tools for reporting and documentation.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
