Program and set up CNC Turning Centres according to job requirements and engineering drawings.
Select proper tools, offsets, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
Modify and optimize existing CNC programs to improve accuracy and reduce cycle time.
Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure part quality meets specifications.
Perform machine setup, changeover, and troubleshooting when required.
Maintain machine condition, tooling inventory, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with production and quality departments to achieve daily production targets.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining symbols accurately.
