Facility Manager – Operations (6 Days Working | On-Site)
Location: Bhartiya City, Bengaluru
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Facility Manager to lead end-to-end facility operations at a premium corporate site in Bhartiya City. This role requires a highly accountable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a 6-day operational environment and has strong experience in managing vendors, site operations, and workplace experience.
This is a frontline, on-ground role, ideal for candidates who are comfortable with daily site operations, vendor supervision, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
Lead day-to-day facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all building services
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and technical services (MEP systems, infrastructure, etc.)
Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely issue resolution
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
Vendor & Service Partner Management
Manage multiple vendors (housekeeping, security, engineering, etc.) on-site
Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
Drive performance reviews, cost control, and service quality improvements
Handle vendor escalations and ensure timely closures
Space & Workplace Management
Plan and optimize space utilization and workplace layouts
Manage moves, adds, and changes (MAC) with minimal operational disruption
Coordinate with business teams on workspace requirements and expansions
Financial & Cost Management
Support budget planning and tracking for facility operations
Monitor expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities
Validate vendor invoices and ensure financial accuracy
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with statutory and safety regulations
Implement and monitor EHS practices and emergency preparedness plans
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for client and employee queries
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams
Deliver a high-quality workplace experience through proactive communication
Ideal Candidate Profile3–7 years of relevant experience in Facilities / Corporate Real Estate / Hospitality
Strong exposure to corporate office environments (Grade A assets preferred)
Proven experience in vendor management and site operations
Good understanding of MEP systems and building services
Knowledge of EHS compliance and workplace standards
Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
