Job Summary
The Production Manager (DAVINCI) will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the complete production process to ensure timely delivery, optimum resource utilization, quality compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in production planning, manpower management, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Monitor production KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and analyze productivity.
- Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rework.
- Resolve production issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA (Operations) will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC), Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Quality Systems.
- Experience with ERP systems, production reporting, and MIS.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
