Location: Kuttoor, Thrissur
Lockhart Estate LLP is hiring a Sales Executive with experience in the real estate/builders industry to market and sell our premium villa project.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for villa projects.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience with builders, developers, or real estate firms (preferred).
- Experience in villa or residential project sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
