Job Title: Sales Executive (Hotel Sales)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive room bookings, banquet sales, and corporate tie-ups. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and increasing overall revenue for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads (corporates, travel agents, event planners)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive room bookings, banquet/event sales, and long-term tie-ups
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and hotel presentations
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with front office, banquet, and F&B teams for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a database of clients and follow-ups
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel sales / hospitality / business development preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality
- Good network in Guwahati (corporates/events) is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, email communication)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
