Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project cost reports.
- Verify and certify subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Monitor project costs and prepare budget forecasts.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for material and cost planning.
- Review variations, claims, and contractual documentation.
- Ensure accurate measurement and billing of work executed at the project site.
- Maintain project cost records and support timely project completion.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
