We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter with experience in hiring for IT, Cybersecurity, and Sales roles. This role requires strong sourcing capability, an understanding of tech/security skillsets, and the ability to close positions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The ideal candidate should not just coordinate—but actively hunt, engage, and close talent across niche and business-critical roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders
Source candidates via: Job portals (ex: Naukri), Social platforms (ex: LinkedIn), Hiring consultants, Employee referrals & databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process
Negotiate offers and support closure of positions within TAT
Track and report recruitment metrics (closures, pipeline, TAT, etc.)
Basic understanding of:
Cybersecurity domains (SOC, SIEM, DLP, EDR, Firewall)
IT roles (Networking, Cloud, Endpoint, Infra)
Sales structures (hunter vs farmer roles)
Not deep technical—but should be able to screen intelligently

Strong hands-on experience in Naukri database search & LinkedIn Boolean sourcing.

Ability to source passive candidates, not just apply-based hiring
