We are looking for a smart, consultative Inbound Sales Specialist with experience in IT services and AI-based solutions. The role involves handling inbound leads, understanding business challenges, and recommending AI, automation, data, and digital solutions along with traditional IT services.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads for IT services & AI solutions

Qualify leads and identify opportunities for AI/ML, automation, and data-driven solutions

Conduct discovery calls to understand business problems & AI use cases

Pitch AI-powered offerings (chatbots, automation, analytics, GenAI, RPA, etc.)

Collaborate with pre-sales & AI/tech teams for solution design
-
Prepare proposals, pricing, and SOWs for AI & IT services
-
Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM

Achieve revenue targets through inbound conversions

Educate clients on AI adoption, benefits & ROI
Key Skills Required

Strong understanding of IT services sales (Staff Aug, Fixed Cost, T&M)

Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI solutions & use cases

Requirements

4-10 years of inbound sales experience in IT services / tech company

Experience selling AI or digital transformation solutions is a big plus
