Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Multiplex, Auditorium, and Multipurpose Hall construction projects, including execution and finishing works. The role involves ensuring quality construction, timely project completion, and effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, billing quantities, and contractor work completion.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery at the site.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Manage finishing activities including flooring, plastering, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, and related works.
- Ensure project completion within the stipulated timeline and budget.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
Mandatory Experience
- 3 to 4 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in Multiplex, Auditorium, and Multipurpose Hall projects up to finishing stage is mandatory.
