Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for brands, advertisers, partner networks, and clients, building strong relationships through proactive communication and timely support.
- Coordinate with clients to gather campaign requirements, offers, creatives, tracking links, and updates while recommending suitable campaign opportunities aligned with their business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, launches, live tracking, performance monitoring, optimization, and issue resolution with internal teams.
- Share regular campaign performance reports, actionable insights, and conduct performance reviews to recommend optimization strategies and maximize campaign outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to scale existing campaigns, recommend alternate or similar campaigns, and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to drive incremental revenue.
- Collaborate closely with brands, networks, publishers, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth.
- Ensure timely campaign validation, reconciliation, and payout processing while maintaining accuracy and operational excellence.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives, including n8n workflows, to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall campaign management.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
