We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our interior design company. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, greet clients, handle calls and inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales and design teams.
- Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office correspondence.
- Maintain office files, documents, and basic administrative records.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure adequate stock of office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Executive
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
