Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, promotional events, and branding initiatives to enhance business growth and customer engagement. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate and support execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Assist in planning promotional activities, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure timely completion of marketing schedules and campaign deliverables.
Digital Marketing Support
- Coordinate social media activities including content posting, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
- Support digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other online platforms.
- Monitor online campaign performance and assist in reporting.
Content & Branding Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, video editors, and content writers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Assist in developing promotional materials such as banners, posters, brochures, and videos.
Vendor & Event Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, agencies, and event partners.
- Support the organization of events, workshops, activations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure marketing materials and event requirements are delivered on time.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain marketing calendars, reports, invoices, and campaign records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Track campaign progress and update management regularly.
Market Research & Customer Engagement
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collect feedback and assist in improving marketing strategies.
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Support branch or franchise-level marketing requirements if applicable.
- Assist the marketing manager in daily administrative and operational activities.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and marketing tools preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related role preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
