About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Landscape Design & Site Execution Executive to support our landscaping, plantation, beautification, and horticulture projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing landscape designs, drawings, BOQs, project planning, and ensuring effective execution of landscaping works at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
- Prepare landscape concept plans, layout drawings, planting plans, irrigation layouts, and working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D landscape designs using relevant software.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, material specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams during design development.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare site assessment reports.
Project Execution
- Supervise on-site landscaping, plantation, turfing, irrigation, and beautification works.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, labour teams, and suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of plants, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain quality standards and safety practices at project sites.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Plantation & Maintenance
- Selection of suitable plant species based on site conditions and client requirement.
- Monitor plantation activities, plant health, irrigation schedules, and maintenance operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of horticultural and landscape management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Landscape, Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in landscape design and project execution.
- Experience in landscaping, plantation, urban beautification, parks, institutional campuses, resorts, or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills
- SketchUp / Lumion / Revit / 3D visualization tools, AutoCAD (Preferred)
- MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Office
- BOQ preparation and project estimation
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural practices
