To ensure smooth and timely execution of all civil and engineering projects across company sites through efficient planning, labor and material management, quality control, coordination with internal and external teams, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Plan, design and oversee construction projects to ensure safety, quality and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants and clients to achieve project objectives within defined timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to specifications and resolve technical or execution-related issues.
- Liaise with government authorities to obtain necessary approvals, permits and statutory clearances.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports, including rate comparisons, project cost analyses and budget summaries, for management review and decision-making.

Skills Required
● Sound knowledge of construction practices, civil materials, and structural execution.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (optional but preferred), and project tracking.
● Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
