About the Company
Raigad Steel Roll Forms, under The Raigad Group, is engaged in PEB solutions, steel forming, and industrial structural manufacturing. We are expanding our technical leadership team and looking for an experienced professional capable of driving large-scale steel structure and PEB operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complete technical operations for PEB and steel structure projects
- Drive engineering excellence across design, fabrication, and execution
- Manage technical strategy, project planning, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards
- Supervise project execution timelines and technical deliverables
- Build and mentor high-performing technical and project teams
- Support business growth through technical expertise and process improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in PEB and structural steel industry
- Strong leadership experience in senior technical or operational roles
- Expertise in steel fabrication, erection, and industrial project execution
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, estimation, and production planning
- Excellent problem-solving and team management skills
- Mechanical or Civil Engineering qualification preferred
