Job Opening: Academic Coordinator – Pre-Primary (Daycare / Play group to Grade Sr. Kg)
Opening in : Himayathnagar, Sainikpuri and Saket Branch.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Coordinator to manage and lead the Pre-Primary (ages 2.5 to 6 yrs).
Communication : Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Technical : Good in working on computers
Experience: Relevant experience in early childhood education and academic coordination preferred
Education: Graduate with PPTTC / B.Ed. Other recognized Pre-Primary Teacher Training Certifications are also accepted
Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills . Ability to manage teams, interact professionally with parents for curriculum details, and coordinate academic processes smoothly
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the curriculum implementation for Daycare / Playgroup to Grade Sr. Kg
· Conduct training and mentoring sessions for teachers under the assigned segment
· Serve as the primary point of communication with parents, addressing concerns and sharing regular academic updates
· Ensure high standards of classroom practices and child development
· Collaborate with school management for academic planning and event coordination
· Provide leadership and direction to the teaching staff for continuous improvement
