Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent support.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility
- Any graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Compensation
During Probation (2 Months):
- Fixed Stipend: ₹17,000 per month
- Performance-Based Variable Pay: Up to ₹13,000 per month
After Successful Completion of Probation:
- CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (Based on Performance)
