Opening for: Beverage Head / Bar Consultant for an immediate pre-opening project engagement.
New Concept Opening in Kalyani Nagar and Senapati Bapat Road.
Scope includes:
* Functional bar setup auditing (taps, cool room, workflows, etc.)
* Beverage menu development & execution
* Team training & SOP implementation
* Launch support during opening phase
* Assisting in building a scalable beverage program across multiple concepts
This role also has the potential to evolve into a long-term multi-property Beverage Head position and strategic beverage partnership for upcoming projects.
Current compensation structure under consideration:
₹75,000 in hand (initial phase) — open to discussions based on profile, experience, and fit.
Looking for passionate, execution-oriented professionals with strong operational understanding and creative beverage experience.
Pre requisite:
* Graduate/ Post Graduation in Hotel Management
* 8+ Years in the Bar Department
* Cocktail Bar Experience - Mixology Based
* Beer Garden/ Brewery/ Taproom experience
Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
