Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior & Exterior Designer to develop realistic architectural visualizations, interior concepts, and exterior designs for luxury residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural spaces, design concepts, 3D modelling, rendering, and execution-oriented design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D Interior and Exterior designs for luxury villas and farmhouse projects
- Develop realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals
- Prepare:
- Interior design concepts
- Space planning layouts
- Furniture layouts
- Exterior facade designs
- Elevations and sections
- Landscape visualization concepts
- Convert architectural drawings into accurate 3D models
- Coordinate with architects, project teams, and execution teams for design requirements
- Support design revisions and project presentations
- Assist in material selection, finishes, textures, lighting, and furniture detailing
- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for execution
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of residential architecture and interior design
- Knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing
- Understanding of dimensions, measurements, and space planning
- Good sense of materials, colours, textures, and lighting
- Ability to create realistic architectural visuals
Software Skills
Required:
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- D5 Render
- AutoCAD
Additional Advantage:
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray
- Revit
- Photoshop
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) candidates preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in architectural visualization / interior design
- Experience in villas, farmhouses, or luxury residential projects preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing Interior & Exterior 3D work
- Behance / Portfolio link required
- Comfortable working from Bangalore office
Candidates with immediate availability or shorter notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
