Provides a warm welcome and farewell to all guests visiting the outlet.
Ensures the availability of neat and clean menus for all guests, at all times.
Ensures maintaining the general atmosphere of the restaurant, before the commencement of service (e.g. flowers, display set up, curtains, service area).
Takes and maintains records of reservations and co-ordinates seating and distribution of guests in the outlet.
Ensures that breakage, pilferage and spillage in the outlet are kept to a minimum.
Provides accurate information / recommendations to guests on any queries regarding Restaurant, local area etc.
Performs all necessary tasks to serve food & beverage according to the service standards and operating manuals of the hotel.
Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of all service equipment/materials.
Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet/service area.
Ensure minimum wastage, breakage & spoilage.
