**Job Title:** Associate – Partnerships & Outreach
**Location:** Pune (with extensive travel)
**Compensation:** ₹3.5–4.2 LPA (fixed)
**About the Role**
We are looking for a driven Associate – Partnerships & Outreach to grow Transunifyy's presence across the CSR and development ecosystem. The role combines partnership development, outreach and digital engagement to generate leads and drive adoption of Transunifyy's services and platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate business from CSR foundations, corporates and NGOs by identifying opportunities and building a strong partnership pipeline.
- Position and sell Transunifyy's services — impact assessment, research, advisory and platform solutions — to prospective partners.
- Travel extensively for client meetings, field engagement, events and networking.
- Manage Transunifyy's social media handles and create content to build visibility and generate leads.
- Represent Transunifyy at conferences, events and sector forums to develop and strengthen networks.
- Nurture relationships and convert leads into active partnerships through consistent engagement.
**Eligibility**
- Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in the social sector, **or** Postgraduate with 1–2 years of experience in the social sector.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Comfort with social media and content creation for outreach.
Pay: ₹299,744.67 - ₹420,000.00 per year
