Sales Manager
Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Description
Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered. Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:
- CCTV
- Fire Alarm Systems
- IT Infrastructure & Networking
- UPS
- Solar Solutions
- Building Automation / ELV Systems
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
- Generate new business opportunities from manufacturing industries, educational institutions, corporates, commercial establishments, hospitals, hotels, and residential projects.
- Candidates with strong connections in manufacturing industries will be given preference.
- Identify, meet, and convert high value customers.
- Promote solutions including CCTV, Access Control & Biometrics, Fire Alarm Systems, Entrance Automation, Parking Management, Solar Solutions, Networking, and other ELV products.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and key decision makers.
- Deliver product presentations and prepare techno commercial proposals.
- Handle negotiations, order finalization, documentation, and customer coordination.
- Experience in Government and PSU tenders will be an added advantage.
- Submit weekly sales reports, tour plans, and daily sales reports (DSR).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the above industries or related B2B solution sales.
- Proven experience in developing new business and managing key customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
