Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s schedules, communications, and multiple professional profiles while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s emails across multiple profiles.
- Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Prioritize communications and ensure timely responses.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in email and calendar management tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting senior executives or founders.
