Key Responsibilities
- Handle FTL (Full Truck Load) dispatch operations.
- Coordinate warehouse dispatch activities as per daily dispatch plans.
- Manage vehicle loading for e-commerce shipments, including Amazon and Flipkart.
- Ensure vehicle loading is completed according to the scheduled vehicle plan and appointment slots.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and e-commerce partners for timely dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor loading accuracy and ensure on-time shipment dispatch.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse dispatch and logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce operations, especially Amazon and Flipkart dispatch processes.Experience handling FTL dispatch and vehicle planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting, and data management).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatch activities efficiently.
- Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce dispatch operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
