About Us
We are a fast-growing kids' energy and protein bar brand focused on providing healthy, nutritious, and tasty snacking options for children. We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our retail presence and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and modern trade stores to promote our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Purchase Managers, Category Managers, and Store Heads.
- Present the brand, negotiate listings, and secure product placement in retail outlets.
- Generate new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with retail partners for product onboarding, stock replenishment, promotions, and visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and in-store activations.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of retail visits and business development activities.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or FMCG sales preferred.
- Confident in meeting and negotiating with senior retail decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to travel locally and visit multiple retail outlets regularly.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience working with FMCG, food & beverage, health food, or consumer brands is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
