We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Strategic CSR Fundraising / Senior Manager, Strategic CSR Partnerships to lead our corporate social responsibility (CSR) fundraising and partnership development efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing strategic partnerships with corporations to advance our mission and generate significant financial support for our programs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the CSR landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in securing multi-year corporate engagements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic fundraising plans specifically targeting corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and corporate foundations.
- Identify, research, and prospect new corporate partners with a strong alignment to the organization's mission and values.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with key corporate stakeholders, including CSR managers, foundation executives, and senior leadership, to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation, agreement finalization, and ongoing stewardship.
- Craft compelling and tailored proposals, presentations, and reports that articulate the impact of potential corporate investments and align with partner CSR objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal program, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership deliverables and accurate reporting of impact.
- Monitor and analyze CSR trends, corporate giving priorities, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify new opportunities.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and forge new connections.
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and renewal of commitments.
- Develop and implement robust reporting mechanisms to demonstrate the return on investment for corporate partners and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate complex partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
