Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, and general HR administration in a plastic injection moulding manufacturing environment. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for production, quality, maintenance, stores, and office staff.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, HR documentation, and the HRIS/database.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, shift schedules, and manpower availability.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and statutory deductions with the accounts/payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and training sessions.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, and manpower.
- Support implementation of company policies, HR procedures, and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, factory rules, and company policies.
- Assist during audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software/HRIS.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR) / MSW / Bachelor's degree with specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plastic injection moulding industry.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in factory HR operations and workforce management.
- Ability to recruit shop-floor operators, supervisors, engineers, and staff efficiently.
- Strong coordination skills with production and other departments.
- Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with ISO systems, 5S, and manufacturing practices is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
