Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce precise metal and material components according to technical specifications. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and machine operation will ensure high-quality production standards are met efficiently. Responsibilities
- Set up CNC laser cutting machines, including loading materials, installing tooling, and calibrating equipment for optimal performance.
- Program CNC laser machines using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to generate accurate cutting paths.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to determine specifications and ensure correct fabrication processes.
- Operate CNC laser equipment safely while adhering to all safety standards in production environments.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of CNC laser machinery to maintain peak operational efficiency.
- Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance logs, and quality control documentation.
Skills
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages and CAM software for laser cutting operations.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and shop math.
- Experience operating CNC laser machines along with related equipment such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, stamping presses, and flexo presses.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues with industrial equipment efficiently.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software for design interpretation.
- Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes including tooling setup and materials handling.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools for quality assurance.
- Warehouse experience including materials inventory management and packaging procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for interpreting technical drawings and collaborating within a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
