Liv Plus Home Healthcare is looking for an exceptional Customer Support & Sales Executive to manage incoming leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
This role requires outstanding communication, professionalism, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
- Reply to every message within 60 seconds during working hours.
- Follow up with clients consistently until a booking is confirmed.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Provide accurate information about our services with confidence and professionalism.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience in every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or telesales.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to build trust and close bookings.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
We’re looking for someone who communicates at global standards, responds quickly, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of converting every qualified lead into a confirmed booking.
