We are seeking experienced Page Managers / Social Media Managers to join our Communications Project. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media ecosystems, hands-on experience managing digital pages, and the ability to craft narrative-driven political communication that influences public opinion and builds a credible digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate social media accounts across platforms with complete ownership of what to post, when to post, and how to position content for maximum impact.
- Plan, create, and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and strategic alignment of all posts.
- Drive platform-specific strategies by leveraging knowledge of social media trends, audience behavior, engagement patterns, and content formats.
- Take end-to-end ownership of content execution—from ideation and planning to publishing and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain a consistent, credible, and recognizable digital brand voice.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights and analytics.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in handling and growing social media pages, including planning and executing content calendars.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of political storytelling and narrative building.
- Ability to simplify complex political and policy-related topics into clear, engaging, and layman-friendly language.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Excel for content planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong storyboarding skills for impactful digital content.
- Excellent command of Telugu, with a strong understanding of the Telangana dialect.
Experience
- Prior experience in managing political or public-facing digital platforms is preferred.
- Compensation will be as per industry standards and experience.
