Allinnov Research and Development Private Limited is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves direct field engagement, lead generation, and closing deals within the technical services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Meet potential clients and present company services
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using reports
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Qualifications and Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Excellent English Communication
- Minimum 1+ year experience in field sales (technical/service industry preferred)
- Experience in institutional sales.
- An established contact network of principals / directors / professors in colleges and universities across South India.
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
