Key Responsibilities: Their day-to-day duties generally include:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching the market, cold calling, networking, and sending emails to identify potential new clients.
- Product Presentations: Conducting in-person meetings, virtual demos, or sales visits to showcase how a product or service solves the client's needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Discussing pricing, terms, and contracts with prospects to secure profitable deals for the company.
- Account Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Consistently logging all interactions, follow-ups, and sales metrics in the company's CRM system, and preparing performance reports.
- Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to actively listen, build rapport, and clearly explain the value of a product or service.
