Designation: Senior Estimation Engineer

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Additional certification in Costing/Project Management will be an advantage
Experience Estimation, Costing, Proposal Engineering, or Tendering Experience in FRP/GRP Equipment, Chemical Process Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Scrubbers, Industrial Piping, or EPC Projects preferred Key Responsibilities: Reviewcustomer enquiries, RFQs, technical specifications, BOQs, and engineering drawings. Preparedetailed techno-commercial offers and cost estimates for FRP/GRP tanks, vessels, scrubbers, ducting, piping systems, and customized chemical process equipment. Perform material quantity take-offs and calculate material, labor, fabrication, transportation, and installation costs. Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Sales teams for accurate project costing. Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations for bought-out items and subcontracted work. Preparetender submissions and commercial proposals within specified timelines. Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost optimization measures. Participate in customer meetings for technical and commercial clarifications. Maintain estimation databases and historical costing records. Support business development activities by providing technical and commercial inputs. Required Skills: Strongknowledge of estimation and costing of industrial equipment and fabrication projects. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and technical specifications. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel for costing and estimation calculations. Workingknowledge of AutoCAD and ERP systems. Stronganalytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
