We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities through direct marketing to Clients and relationship building within the hospitality and construction ecosystem.
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with project managers, developers, hotel companies, retail brands, etc, and converting prospects into projects. This is primarily a field role requiring regular client meetings and market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hotel and construction Industry.
- Conduct daily client meetings to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with (eg below but not limited to):
- Real Estate Developers
- Corporate Clients
- Hotel GMs
- Hotel Owners
- Hotel Operators
- Architects
- PMC Consultants
- Promote TID India's Interior design services
- Meet monthly and quarterly BD targets
- Coordinate with the Directors for proposals and quotations
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Follow up on enquiries until project closure
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in contract finalization
- Submit weekly meeting reports and visit plans
- Research on potential new client targets
Required Skills

Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development/Field Sales experience.
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, construction, furniture, or building materials industry is preferred.
- Existing industry network will be an added advantage.
- Very good spoken English and Hindi and regional language will be added advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
- Attractive commission on project confirmations
- Travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
