Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fintech Operations Executive responsible for managing onboarding support, transaction processing, and post-service assistance across fintech products, including Mutual Funds, Digital Gold & Silver, Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF), Bonds, and Fixed Deposits. The role combines back-office operations with client support responsibilities while ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams in a fast-paced multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end fintech operational workflows including onboarding support, transaction processing, and post-service assistance.
- Verify client details, documents, and KYC requirements received from Sales or platform channels.
- Process and track transactions related to Mutual Funds, Digital Gold & Silver, LAMF, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries related to fintech products and services.
- Coordinate with Sales teams for onboarding status updates, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment status, commissions, settlements, and financial clarifications.
- Maintain accurate data entry, transaction records, and operational trackers.
- Monitor transaction flow and escalate delays, discrepancies, or operational issues when required.
- Work with IT/Platform teams for dashboard, system, or access-related concerns.
- Provide post-transaction support including updates, corrections, and service requests.
- Track operational KPIs, identify recurring issues, and share operational summaries or reports when required.
- Ensure compliance with fintech processes, documentation standards, and internal operational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech operations, BFSI back office, or financial services support roles.
- Understanding of fintech products such as Mutual Funds, Digital Gold/Silver, LAMF, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.
- Knowledge of client onboarding processes, KYC handling, and transaction workflows.
- Strong coordination skills to work with Sales, Accounts, Support, and IT teams.
- Ability to manage both operational processing and customer interaction responsibilities.
- Comfortable working with data entry, trackers, dashboards, and fintech platforms/systems.
- Strong attention to detail with high documentation discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases and transactions simultaneously.
- Good communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in local language(s) along with basic English/Hindi communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or multi-brand environment.
- Prior experience in financial services, investment platforms, or insurance-fintech preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
