Agri Field Marketing Executive
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. Agriculture any Agriculture-related degree
Experience: 1–2 Years (Agri Marketing)

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, dealers, and distributors to promote Algovex Innovation products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers in the assigned territory.
- Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features to dealers and retailers.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on dealer orders, deliveries, and payment collections as per company policy.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback reports.
Skills Required
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural inputs and dealer sales.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
