Key Responsibilities
Own the master programme across all 13 sites; review progress weekly and intervene early where any site slips.
Act as the single client interface: monthly review meeting, escalations, decisions needing client sign-off.
Manage the architect interface (drawing coordination) and the oil company (OMC) interface for fuel station works.
Drive statutory approvals: fuel licensing (PESO), fire NOC, expressway access permissions and related state approvals across Gujarat, Haryana, Maharashtra, Punjab and UP.
Direct the cluster leads and central team; approve recovery plans, resource shifts and key procurement decisions.
Own the programme budget with the QS/Billing engineer; present the monthly cost and billing statement to the client.
Set and enforce quality and safety standards across both BuildNow-constructed and third-partyconstructed sites.
Candidate Requirements
Proven delivery of multiple concurrent sites or fast-track programmes; comfort with extensive travel.
Working knowledge of statutory approval processes for fuel retail and roadside development is a strong advantage.
