Job Description:
· Attendance management like day to day calling at all sites for attendance
· Evaluating the administrative department regularly and implementing improvements
· Setting up and taking notes during company meetings
· Performing inventory and ordering new office supplies
· Preparing and reviewing reports
· Liaising between various staffs and senior management
· Preparation of all new joining documents like collection of Aadhar Card, PAN Card etc.
· Coordinate with Operation Manager and site incharge for collection of salary details of new joinings
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and documentation
· Effective coordination with the operation’s team of the company on day-to-day basis
· Coordinate with the Accounts team of the company on day-to-day basis
· Management of office administration
· Creating clear and concise reports
· Competence in Microsoft’s application like Word, Excel & PowerPoint
· Competence in editing PDF’s etc as per requirement
· Preparation of Daily Progress Report after consultation with site supervisor present at respective sites
· Preparation of PO (Purchase Orders) and keeping all records of it and any other admin related work
· Taking follow – ups with site supervisors regarding billing of every month
· Any other tasks which may need to be carried out from time to time as advised by Manager
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
