Job Purpose
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential customers for our wide range of home appliances and kitchenware (including major appliances, small kitchen combos, and premium cookware). This role bridges the gap between digital marketing campaigns and direct sales, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-converting leads via telecalling, digital inquiries, and local market outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social media inquiries.
- Campaign Follow-up: Quickly connect with prospects who interact with our digital marketing posters, May Day offers, combo deals, and social media advertisements.
- Qualification & Nurturing: Filter and qualify incoming leads based on budget, urgency, and product fit (e.g., separating casual inquiries from serious buyers or high-volume institutional buyers).
- Database Management: Maintain and update a clean, accurate customer relationship database (CRM). Track lead status, follow-up timelines, and conversion notes.
- Product Knowledge: Act as a product expert, confidently explaining product features, combo offers, pricing structures (including inflation/input cost adjustments), and warranties to prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and coordinate seamless handoffs of qualified leads to the retail sales team for closure.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
