Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Job Summary:-
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves counselling students, explaining programs, handling admissions-related queries, and supporting students throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Counsel students and parents on academic/admission programs, courses, and career pathways.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
* Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
* Assist students with the admission and enrolment process.
* Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
* Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion and enrolment.
* Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
* Provide ongoing academic guidance and address student concerns.
* Meet assigned counselling and enrolment targets.
* Participate in seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
