Job Summary
Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for an experienced Operation Theatre (OT) In-Charge / OT Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the OT and ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical coordination.
Candidates with experience in fertility or reproductive healthcare are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the Operation Theatre.
- Ensure OT readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nurses, and support staff for smooth OT scheduling.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing/Operation Theatre Technology or a related healthcare qualification.
- Experience as an OT In-Charge, OT Coordinator, or Senior OT professional.
- Experience in the IVF/Fertility field will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant OT experience preferred.
- Experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
